This is certainly a good and advanced nigh time formula consisting of 3 forms of magnesium: gluconate, bisglycinate and citrate and supplement fatty acids ingredients called levagen and affron. It looks from the packaging , nutrition information and warnings a very good brand, which was unknown to me. This formula is designed to reduce tiredness and to prioritise sleep at the right time. This capsule needs to be taken 30 minutes before sleeping. They are 90 capsules and I am taking only once before bed time. However if I would follow recommendation of 3 tablets in one go, I would find this supplement expensive and I would possibly be overly tired for the excessive amount of magnesium.

90 capsules seems like they might last a while but recommended serving is 3 capsules at a time so that's only a month's supply for 35. Rather expensive. But are they effective? In my opinion yes, they actually do seem to work. I've had noticeably better sleep since taking them. Could be placebo effect but doesn't feel like it because I've tried plenty of supplements that have big claims but just don't work - these really do seem to do what they say and I noticed from the first time of taking them. Just a shame they are so expensive for a month's supply.

First off three large capsule tablets seem pretty hefty and give the 90 count that's only 30 days supply, however one does wonder quite what the effects of either one or two capsules would do. I'm two days in to testing and taking the tablets and both evenings, I've noticed roughly 30 minutes later I AM feeling more tired, similar to a natural sleep aid (valerian etc), so they DEFINATELY do something. I will also add similar to sleeping tablets I feel on the groggy side in the morning, which ISN'T what i expected. I have an old pebble2 HR+ and using Sleep with android, to track my sleep. My deep sleep appears a little up, at the higher end of the last month, which is positive, though it's not the highest it's been. My awake rating however IS on the lower side, again a good result, though there's LOTS of external factors at play here and it's a tiny sample set so far. We'll see how things go!
