Tasteless colourless collagen powder, has a handy scoop which I didn't find straight away, dissolves easily I've just been adding it to my bottle of water and seriously you would not know its there. Love that there's no added ingredients reasonable price

At the moment, the only thing I can comment on is the flavour. At the moment, I don't see any improvement on my skin whatsoever. Personal opinion on this product: Could be beneficial for my hair and skin, hopefully for my nails also, but I think it is a bit overpriced. I am adding it to plain water, almost no flavour . It does change a bit the taste and the consistency of the water.

When you look at it you dont see a cheap product. It also seems to be geared towards women. The collagen powder itself is really nice. Not coarse like some i have tried, and dissolves perfectly in a hot drink. At first i thought this seemed quite expensive. Its significantly less than the brands i usually buy at just 225grams, whereas similar products tend to be around the 350g mark. However, this collagen powder only requires one scoop a day. This means a pot lasts around 30 days. I feel the price reflects the quality and will most likely be sticking to this one from now on. As to results, well i can never really tell. Im in my 40s and take collagen simply because i dont like meat, fish or dairy. Its very much a supplement for me to replace a poor diet. My skin looks good, my nails look normal, and my joints feel fine. I do yoga, Pilates and strength training; i feel just as flexible and as mobile as i ever have. My injuries, no achy joints, ligaments etc. Nothing will stop the aging process, but i feel a collagen powder helps us to stay mobile and healthy. This is certainly a good one to be on.
