Swanson Tart Cherry 500 mg 120 Capsules

Purpose is a bit vague, perhaps I have missed something. I have jut taken 2 capsules, without anything noticeable happening. What are they supposed to do?

Tart cherry is incredibly rich in nutrients and anthocyanins and is great for helping with reducing muscle soreness, helps with general immune support and can also help to improve your sleep. If you're not sure if this is right for you to supplement with or not then do your research properly first or consult a professional/nutritionist if unsure. The price is way too high, I've seen these elsewhere for half the price!

These are supposed to be good for your digestive health as cheeies are brilliant for that, I love dried cherries that I buy from a health shop on line so thought these would be brilliant, plus thay are also good for gout, I have Osteo Arthritis so thought these might help with that. I took one and felt sick all day with a nasty taste repeating on me all day, that night I was so sick, I wasnt taking one again, I had another typr called Fruitflow the day before and had the same indigestion all day, I had one more, a magnesium one to try and as I already take it thought about substituting that instead but I noticed a nettle rash on my back that was itchy and took all 3 to my Doctors, He thinks I had an allergic reaction to something all 3 have in common, which is the coating and told me not to take any more. Sorry Swanson, and I was looking forward to taking something natural that might improve my health which isnt great at the best of times! :-(
