Easy to swallow and not unpleasant tasting and there was no unpleasant after taste or side effects either. Sturdy bottle but not difficult to open. Satisfied with the quality of the product and packaging. Not had much pain in my problem knee lately so this may be the reason? Will have to monitor this as early days yet.

I usually take Turmeric on a daily basis, only due to some claims that it can prevent or help to cure cancer. Now, while I can't imagine that taking a few turmeric capsules will cure anyone, I do have hope that maybe taking the turmeric supplements could assist in the prevention. I specifically like these ones from SWANSON because they use the Phytosome Technology to deliver the turmeric: Phytosome Technology creates a vehicle that can carry active ingredients where they need to go which maximises drug bioavailabilty. The active ingredients are integrated into phospholipid micelles for optimum delivery and absorption. They come in a dark green plastic bottle filled to the top and are a medium - large capsule

Swanson are a reputable company that generally produce good quality products and this one is no different It's a decent product that's put together well, It comes well presented and well packaged They're easy to swallow with no after taste, Turmeric is good for the immune system and a pain killer that works reasonably I can't comment on the price as it wasn't in the listing but it's a decent product

I am taking the turmeric for joint pains as i read that it can help with the inflammation. After taking them for just under 3 weeks I can't see I noticed any changes however it would probably take considerably longer for any affects to occur. I find the capsules kind of hard to swallow but I often have problems with that. I'm disappointed that they contain gelatine which suggests it is not vegetarian which is quite a big deal these days. Also I find the price very high for a supplement and would certainly shop around if I decide to continue taking a turmeric supplement.
