Serving size is 5 tablets daily on bottle. 3 daily on photos of on this page and 1 in the text desription. This would if taken by direction on the bottle give you 12 days worth. So you would need roughly 3 bottles a month. That is expensive. Cant recomend due to multiple mistakes between bottle, description and page. Complete con if you want to take for a long period. Would cost over 3 times bottle price.

Turns out that 1 serving (5g of creatine) requires you to take 5 of these tablets at once. The tablets are huge which makes taking 5 consecutive tablets quite an uncomfortable experience. This also means that one tub only provides 12 servings which is really poor value for money. Better off buying creatine monohydrate powder!

Big tablets are hard to swallow, only bought these as it says in the description and shows in one of the photos that they're capsules but instead tablets have turned up, which is what I stay away from so not using them.
