How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For customers ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that parcels may be subject to customs inspections and procedures that are standard when shipping internationally. Every effort is made to ensure a smooth shipping process by providing accurate HS Tariff Codes, detailed commodity descriptions, CN22 forms, and timely submissions of commercial invoices (both in paper and electronic formats). However, these customs processes can occasionally result in unforeseen delays.
In some cases, local authorities may open parcels for inspection, sampling or testing as part of their security or customs clearance procedures. If this occurs, the company is not responsible for any damage, delay, or interference resulting from these checks. This includes packaging being opened or products being handled during inspection.
Please note that the time it takes for a parcel to clear customs varies by country and is completely out of the company’s control. While these delays are rare, they can extend the delivery timeframe beyond the original estimates.
As such, the company cannot be held responsible for any customs-related delays and asks that these factors not be reflected in customer feedback. If feedback is left solely due to customs delays, and this is substantiated by tracking links, the company reserves the right to dispute and request removal of such feedback to ensure its service ratings remain a fair reflection of performance.
If a parcel is held or delayed due to customs clearance procedures, patience and understanding are appreciated while the local authorities complete their checks.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, following our return policy guidelines.
