I gave my bottle a shake before taking these pictures, hence the bubbles. I've had protein water before and while its a fairly new concept, it's not unique. It's a matter of finding a flavour and ingredient list you like. This tastes of berries and or with blackcurrant mixed in. It's a nice flavour but with any protein water you'll have an aftertaste, I think it's from the whey in here combined with the sweeteners but maybe the whey protein alone. This is pretty good value since you get so many and they feel hydrating. I like them overall :)

This is a nice body boosting protein with B vitamins on it , it taste very nice and is very good for hydration. It says that it has 9 essential amino acids. Full of vitamin B and low in calories.

I really enjoy UPBEAT after working out it's very refreshing and hydrating and with 10g of protein it's a good quality protein juice the berry flavour is nice it's sweet but has that tart taste due to whey I think the bottle is a good size to take to the gym and being water it doesn't need to be kept in the fridge I enjoy it not straight from the fridge This sells at a very good price for a 12 pack would definitely recommend for anyone doing some sort of training
