Personally i think that the health of your gut flora is vitally important for your overall health. If your gut biome is unhealthy then it follows that the rest of you will be too. Anything that can support your gut flora is definitely a good thing. These capsules are a cut above the usual probiotics, they contain 14 different bacteria (with gut flora variety is key). This is better than single strain capsules. Contents 1 Bacillus strain 4 Bifidobacterium strains 7 Lactobacillus strains 1 lactococcus strain 1 Streptococcus strain You can take 1 to 2 capsules a day and if you cant take the capsule you can sprinkle the contents into food. It doesnt say if the food should be cold. As far as i know most bugs cant survive most levels of heat. To be on the safe side id only sprinkle them only cold food items. As variety is important in gut flora then any way of getting different bacteria into you is good. Obviously the best way is to eat a variety of fruit and veg in your diet but if for any reason you struggle with this then you can do far worse than take a probiotic supplement like this one.

I have suffered from migraines and headaches for a long time now (years) and thought I would try this product. Wasn't expecting it to work but it does. Magic and I have no trouble in recommending Bio Kult mirgea

I was skeptical, however, as a sufferer of migraines at least once a week I thought...why not give it a go. I now have a migraine only every few months (if that). Game changer. Thank you!!!

Only used it twice so don't know yet .

I'm used to taking tablets, including large ones. But there is something about these capsules that just doesn't go down well. I have taken them three times now, always with a full glass of water. And yet each time they seem to get stuck in my throat somehow and I get an uncomfortable sticky heartburn-type sensation which is hard to shift. I know you can open the capsules and pour the powder onto food. And the idea of a probiotic which helps prevent migraines is pretty remarkable. So if I had more regular migraines (I only get them about once a year) and if I felt these helped, then I am sure I would split open the capsules and be happy with it. But the delivery method is sorely lacking, and there is no reason why that should be the case.
