I really like this product. I bought it to use

I really like this product. I bought it to use for gluten free baking as a combining glue agent. It works like a charm. I purchased PH before from other suppliers but for some reason they turned the dough to purple -I know it is strange though doesn't effect the taste. NOW brand PH doesn't turn the dough to purple and didn't give us any digestion problems. I highly recommend it especially if you are doing a lot of GF baking. I usually buy whole PH and grind it myself but you can buy powder as well.

We love this stuff. We have had the powder too, but this is my favorite. Apparently with the Covid shutdown or one of the many global disasters from this year (see 2022) global Psyllium production took a hit. So if you could find it recently, the price has skyrocketed. I would compare this product to the most popular Metamucil. This stuff lacks the familiar fruity flavoring but you can always fix that by mixing it with your favorite juice before rabbit hole jump down you! This can be a literal clown car of fun, but make sure you don't overcomsume it and also use plenty of liquid. Nothing like choking down a glass of dry psyllium powder to have it stick in your throat and then grow 10 times from contact with your saliva. Good times!!
