For women, maintaining normal levels of the reproductive hormones, estrogen and progesterone, appear to have a protective effect against many types of debilitating arthritis including rheumatoid arthritis.Ć¢ā‚¬Ā Given this information, I tried taking two capsules of this bovine glandular estrogen supplement every morning, and my knees definitely have felt better... and now after one year, I'm adding glucosamine. I felt that if I ended up with some boobs, it might be interesting...fun. Several women friends were very encouraging, saying I should go for it. I intend to stay with the program and it's working...everything!
