My Story

A decade ago, I was in a hospital bed with Ulcerative Colitis, dreading surgery and struggling for answers. Instead, I discovered the power of a plant-based diet, resistance training, and quality supplements. It changed everything.

Now, as a (very real) Level 3 Personal Trainer, I’ve made it my mission to help others get fitter, stronger, and healthier—one carefully chosen supplement at a time.
