For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink. For children aged 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. For Sports & Exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during, and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the instructions.Safety Warning: Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, are on a low sodium diet, or have intestinal obstruction or problems with liver or kidney function.
